By accessing or using https://htzevents.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.


Eligibility
This website and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Rental Reservations

  • All rentals are first-come, first-served

  • A deposit is required to secure a reservation

  • Full payment is required by a specified date prior to the event (communicated at booking)

 

Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

​

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the agreed cancellation window provided at booking

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Weather-related and other unforeseen event disruptions are handled on a case-by-case basis

 

HTZ Events LLC reserves the right to determine refunds based on timing, preparation, and costs incurred. Detailed cancellation, refund, and force majeure terms are set forth in the signed client agreement executed at booking.

Delivery, Setup & Teardown
HTZ Events LLC provides delivery, setup, and teardown services unless otherwise stated.

​

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing timely access to the venue

  • Ensuring safe and reasonable conditions for setup and use

  • Confirming venue approval for rented equipment

 

Power availability must be communicated in advance when required.

 

Damage, Loss & Responsibility
The client assumes responsibility for rented equipment during the rental period, including damage, loss, theft, and misuse, as further described in the signed client agreement. The client agrees to use all equipment properly and according to instructions provided.

Liability
Use of HTZ Events LLC's services and rented equipment is subject to the liability, indemnification, and insurance terms set forth in the signed client agreement executed at booking, which govern in the event of any conflict with this website's general Terms & Conditions.

Website Use
All website content, including text and images, is the property of HTZ Events LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. This section governs use of the website only and does not affect any photo or media terms contained in the signed client agreement.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the website generally. Your event rental and services are additionally governed by the signed client agreement executed at booking, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the date of the most recent revision.
