Eligibility

This website and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Rental Reservations

All rentals are first-come, first-served
A deposit is required to secure a reservation
Full payment is required by a specified date prior to the event (communicated at booking)

Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the agreed cancellation window provided at booking
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

HTZ Events LLC reserves the right to determine refunds based on timing, preparation, and costs incurred.

Delivery, Setup & Teardown

HTZ Events LLC provides delivery, setup, and teardown services unless otherwise stated.

The client is responsible for:

Providing timely access to the venue
Ensuring safe and reasonable conditions for setup and use
Confirming venue approval for rented equipment

Power availability must be communicated in advance when required.

Damage, Loss & Responsibility

The client assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment during the rental period.

This includes responsibility for:

Damage
Loss
Theft
Misuse

The client agrees to use all equipment properly and according to instructions provided.

Liability Disclaimer

HTZ Events LLC is not liable for:

Venue issues or restrictions
Weather conditions
Power outages
Injuries or accidents occurring during the event

Use of rented equipment is at the client’s own risk.

Website Use

All website content, including text and images, is the property of HTZ Events LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
